Now that Valentine's Day was over, it was time to do a serious deep dive into inventory. Time to see what sold, what didn't, what the family should make more of, what they should make less. Between going over the stock, going over the ingredients, and then going over the numbers, Adrian was pretty sure he had a good week's worth of work ahead of him. Probably for the best to get it done while the island was all but emptied; if he was going to ignore the world to throw himself fully into bookkeeping, probably best to do it when there weren't any distractions around.
