Remy looked around the store when he came in, but could find no sign of any other live alligators. Which was for the best, of course, but he did kind of miss hanging out with the little guy.
. . . Getting a pet alligator was probably a bad plan, though. It was unlikely to play well with his cats.
Instead, he was noticing that there seemed to be a lot more old books around the shop than he'd noticed before. They were all old and dusty-looking and smelled like . . . well. Old books.
He quickly set about pricing each one. You never new with books! Some of them were worth crazy amounts! None of these were quite in the shape to be sleeper rarities though, so he just set about making a nice little display.
So, yeah. Here's a sale on weird old books.
