The Park, Sunday Night

*Geoff leads Paige over to the bench and sits down, drawing her down to sit on his lap*

This park is safe, right? I thought I heard a wolf howling last night.

*Paige smiles, very happy at being so close to Geoff*

I didn't hear anything, I guess I was a little distracted *she kisses him*

Well, personally I'd prefer to avoid having to tangle with a wolf. I understand, not from personal experience mind you, that they're not very friendly.

*laughs*

This is the second time you've promised to protect me. Are you secretly a soldier or knight of some sort? Should I be expecting a sword to turn up in the belongings you brought over?

*Paige laughs* Sword, no. Whip, maybe

If you'd rather go back to your place where we can be alone, that'd be ok.

*She blushes slightly* I think my head's cleared now

*blushing ever so slightly himself* A whip? Good God, I don't know if I hope you're joking or not!

Yes, I do think we should go back. *pauses, and then grins* But you, young lady, will be getting up early for school tomorrow.

*Paige laughs* you'll find out when I come over won't you?

*Paige stands up and puts her arm around Geoff, she looks up at him*

*Putting his arm around Paige, Geoff walks her back to the shop. He locks the door, takes a quick peak into the back room to see what's going on -- and notes that jayne_serenity isn't working -- and then escorts Paige up to bed.*
