After an interesting run in with Woody at the FTPD, Jordan is guided back to the Coroner's Office and she's not very happy about it either.

"You're going to get yourself in trouble Jordan, Im just watching out for you"

"I always get myself in trouble Woody, but they're working on some case about a missing kid. I thought I could help." Jordan told him, leaning against her desk and wondering where here newly hired staff were at the moment.

Woody watched as she leaned against her desk, looking her over slowly, trying not to be that noticable. He couldn't help but be attracted to her. "Alright.." He said, giving in

"Alright? Alright as in you don't wanna discuss it anymore? Or alright as in I'm gonna do whatever the hell I want and you know it, so it's a waste of time and energy to try and stop me?" Jordan asked smugly as she smirked at him. Things had been WAY tense with them recently.

"Alright as in I'll let it go for now, but don't even start to think that you'll be having you way." Woody said firmly as he took a step foward, looking down at her

"Well Woody, you can tell me to stay out of it and stay in the car as much as you want, but in all the time you've known me, when have you known that to happen?" Jordan questioned, crossing her arms as she looked at her now clean desk thanks to her assistant katefreckles

Woody continued to move forward, so she was practically forced against her desk. "Just because it hasn't happened yet, doesn't mean that it won't."

Things were getting a little intense with them, and she wondered where Tru, Kate, Angelus, and Sawyer were at the moment. She lived with Tru and Kate, and Sawyer was moving in soon too, but she couldn't account for them at all points of the day. She felt a little boxed in by Woody. "Actually Woody, that's exactly what it means."

Woody leaned over, placing his hands on the desk on either side of her, looking down into her eyes as he moved forward. "I don't think so, Jordan."

Now Jordan was a bit uncomfortable, on the one hand he might just be expressing how serious he was about keeping her out of it, but on the other he might still be attracted to her. Jordan wasn't sure she could pursue a relationship with Woody, she didn't trust anyone that much. She was trapped now though. "Woodrow, I have some work to do here." she reminded him.

"I'm not done with you yet, Jordan."

"That sounded a little dangerous, Woody." Jordan countered. "Can't we agree to disagree?"

"We could agree to disagree, but that doesn't change that you aren't going to have your way." Woody told her honestly, looking down at her the entire time. He pushed her down against the desk gently, but then let up after a few seconds had passed

Kate reported into work, and noticed that Jordan and some guy were having a very close discussion of some sort.

Seeing this as a great opportunity to get rid of the awkward situation, Jordan looked at Kate. "Hey Katie, I want you to meet a friend of mine, this is Detective Woody Hoyt."

Woody heard someone behind him, he realized it had to be someone that worked with Jordan when she introduced them. He eased off and stood back, turning to face the new girl. "Kate." He said, giving a small nod of his head

"Hello Woody, was it?" Kate asked. She couldn't help but notice he was a good looking guy.

"Woody. Don't let Jordan tell you otherwise." He flashed Kate a smile, she seemed like a nice girl.

"It's actually Woodrow." Jordan chimed in.

He squeezed his hands into fists, it was more of a reaction than snapping at her and saying something else. "I believe..I said Woody, Jordan."

"Fine, Woody. Woodrow is a nice name you know. Prestigious sounding." Jordan loved teasing him.

"You see this badge, Jordan? This badge makes you.." He just cut himself off, he didn't want to finish

"Backing down so easily, Woodrow? He was named after a president." she informed Kate.
