Wolfram and Hart Offices, Friday morning
After her day at the police station the day before, Lilah decides that today should probably be spent doing work if she doesn't want to get eaten fired. She promptly begins drafting a legal document to be filed and delivered later that day. She is sitting at the desk in her office, surrounded by open, thick (and in some cases blood-splattered and torn) law books.
Playing softly in the background is W&H-sponsored multi-dimensional cable radio station, FEVL. As she searches in a desk drawer for a pair of earplugs, she hears the song change from the newest Britney Spears song to John Tesh. At her elbow is a cup of Starbucks coffee.
