Evening - in the rain
It was a lovely evening. Really it was. There was death in the air, thick enough to taste, and heavy rolls of thunder above the low clouds. Spike was swinging along, long coat blowing a little in the wind, head bare to the rain, and a wide grin on his face as he headed for the graveyard.
This was how it should be....

So things had been weird lately. More than weird, actually. But he was going to meet his dark princess and having him show up had not been on the agenda. Although it probably should have been. Things had been weird enough that Spike wasn't even positive it was him.
Investigation was obviously called for. Making a slight detour, Spike headed in their direction.

"Spike," he said, the intonation giving no clue whatsoever to where the two of them stood, other than that his high and mightyness had actually deigned to acknowledge his grandson's existance.

"What's going on and why do I have this itchy sensation that you're in the middle of it?"

Reflexive response to the insult out of the way, he scowled, wiping rain from his eyes. "There's something up, right enough. Something dark and crawly. Not us, but something not far off. Breathe deep... you can smell it in the air."

"Smell it in the air? Thanks, Hannibal Lecter."
She turns back to Angelus with a wild look in her eye.
"Who the hell is this guy? What is going on?"

She paces for a moment, and then touches his arm lightly.
"Okay then, I'm new at this... how do we do this? Should we find weapons?"

He flipped Angelus off. "Ta, mate. I'm off to meet the most beautiful girl in the world for a little... what the fuck is that?"

"I... just do what you need to do."

"You, inside," he told her. He scanned about, trying to decide if it was worth it to try to get her back to the school or if there was somewhere closer he could stash her.

OOC: We could always terrify the townsfolk. Dru's just not really afraid of the zombies, though she'll be cautious when the numbers grow.

OOC: Terrorization sounds like fun.

OOC: *eg* Cool. Want to hit some of the townie threads, then, or what? *is dying here, but having too much fun to stop*
no subject
OOC: I'd love to... but I'm seriously passing out. *tears hair in frustration*

Everyone that playing's having insane fun, though, from what I can tell. *dies of the fun* *is resurrected as a shambling zombie player*
