Earlier in the evening, Smith had decided to close early based on the complete absence of customers and the increasing rain. She finally finished closing and cleaning and locks the door behind her. Gripping her umbrella, she turns towards the storm and, in a lightning flash, sees a lumbering horde heading towards the school.
