After Kolchak has awoken on the cold wooden floor of his Printing Press in Town, he tries to rid himself of that horrible hangover headache that he acquired while falling into the floor with a loud thud the night before. Taking about 3 tylenols, he heads out to track down Paige and her boyfriend; for an apology on his part.

After asking around for a bit, he comes to find out that Paige was last seen at her boyfriends place and could still possibly be there. Suckering up all his manliness, he walks up to the door and knocks lightly.

*Paige is still upstairs when she hears the knocking, she quickly puts on a pair of trousers and slips into one of Geoff's shirts* I have to answer it, it could be Piper or Beka...yes I'll come straight back to bed if it's not!

*she walks downstairs and opens the door, she look a little nervous and shocked when she finds Kolchak there*

*Paige raises an eyebrow* Yeah it was, but I understand you were pretty drunk, so I'm not really sure there's much to say on the matter. It's fine, forget it even happened

*Paige bites her lip* You want to tell my boyfriend you tried to kiss me? Are you mad? He'll kill you! *Paige knows this isn't true, but hopes maybe she'll scare him off)

*Paige looks at him* Look I'd really rather he not find out, we're really happy right now and I didn't mention last night, *she looks down* I know it was my fault

*Paige looks him dead in the eye* There was nothing to tell, it's not like anything happened

*Paige looks amazed* Live in a lie! What are you going on about? Nothing happened, you tried to kiss me that's it!

*She hears Geoff upstairs* shit I really shouldn't have yelled!

*Paige's shout brings Geoff barrelling down the stairs, dressed only his trousers.*

Paige! What's going on? Are you all right?

*Paige instantly puts her arm around Geoff* sorry it was the first thing I found *she looks down at the shirt* Everything's fine baby, this guy's just leaving, right? *she looks at Kolchak*

*Geoff watches as the stranger walks away from the shop.* Who is he, Paige? What did he want? *He wraps a protective arm around her waist and pulls her slightly away from the door.*

*Paige bites her lip* That was the guy from the pub last night, he-he *Paige takes a deep breath and looks up at Geoff* tried to kiss me, *she speaks quickly* I pushed him away the moment he did it, I'd told him about you. I should have told you, but I was scared you'd be angry

*He stares at Paige for a moment, anger growing in his eyes.* You told him you were taken, and he still tried to kiss you?

*Without waiting for an answer, he pulls away from Paige and starts out the door.*

*Paige calls to him from the shop* Geoff, please don't!

*He stops and turns back to face her.* He took advantage of you, Paige.

*she shakes her head* he was drunk

I'll only talk to him, Paige. *Somewhat calmer now, he grabs his coat from where it hangs near the door and puts it on over the trousers.*

*Geoff leans in and plants a reassuring kiss on her mouth, then turns and heads down the street after Kolchak.*

From behind him and a shorts ways down the street, Kolchak hears a voice yell "Hey! Hold up!"

A disheveled Geoff Chaucer, shirtless under his coat, jogs up to Kolchak. "You were drinking with Paige last night?"

At Kolchak's acknowledgement, Geoff steps forward and swings, landing a punch on Kolchak's jaw. He jumps back immediately, shaking his hand and cursing.

"Ow! Bugger, that hurt!"

Backing off a couple more steps and still shaking his hand in pain, Geoff warily eyes Kolchak. Seeing that, for the moment anyway, the man doesn't seem about to return the favor, Geoff quietly glares at him.

"I don't know who you are, and I know that Paige says you were drunk, but I want you to stay away from her."

As Kolchak staggers away, Geoff begins to think that he may not have handled the situation very well. "Look, do you need to see a physician?"
