I am moving out. I will be subletting my apartment and wanted to get your input in order to maintain a peaceful and harmonious community. I value your opinions. Would you prefer I screen out students and townies, and rent to only fellow teachers? Or do you have no preference one way or the other? I look forward to hearing from you.
