Still closed. Re-opening Saturday. For your immediate drunken reveling needs, there's a party over at the Emporium tonight.

*knocks on the door, but it isn't quite closed and it now creaks open*

*takes a half step inside the door*

Er, hello? This is Michael from the Emporium. You called about a donation for the party tonight?

There's a muffled thumping from behind the bar and Spike appears, looking a bit aggreived. The place is actually looking pretty good as he apparently took advantage of his insurance company and had a few improvements done.

"Oh. You." He pointed toward the jukebox, beside which was an impressive stack of boxes. "Mixed drinks, hard liquor, three kegs - two ale one that swill that Americans call beer, and a couple bottles of wine. Go nuts."

*raises an eyebrow at the stack. They didn't use the car much these days, but Michael was sure glad he'd driven it here.*

That's very generous of you. Thanks a lot.

Spike leaned on the bar to watch him, smiling pleasantly. "I'd offer to give you a hand, mate, but I'm somewhat daylight intolerant." He gestured to the shaded windows. "Allergies and all."

*nods as he processes the information; his eyes widen slightly as the realization hits, and he makes a mental note not to turn his back on this guy...and to start paying more attention to what people say about their fellow residents*

Uh, no problem. I can handle it. It'll just take a few trips to the car.

*wrestles a little with a keg as he maneuvers it out the door...repeats until all 3 are in the car*

*comes back inside and picks up the last box*
