Shane steps into the shop, slipping off her brown and beige cabbie's cap and stuffing it into the pocket of her burgundy velvet blazer before shrugging it off and hanging it up. Underneath, she wears a faded black t-shirt with a white long-sleeve underneath it, the letters T - R - O - Y spelled out along one sleeve in old english-style script, a pair of blue jeans and her sneakers.

"Hey, Deb," she says. "How's it going?"

Deb looks very tired but quite happy. "Perfect." She beams. "Just perfect. How about you, baby?"

"I'm doing good," Shane says, smiling. After a moment, she gives Deb a concerned look. "Are you sure you're doing all right?"

Deb's smile gets bigger. She says softly, "I'm fine." The wink that follows this is filthy. Carl is even looking pretty cheerful tonight, glancing from his coffee to watch the patrons, and stealing sidelong looks at his lady.

Draco walks into the restaurant and points over to a table in the corner. He looks over at Lily.

"This ok for you?" he says

Draco goes over to the table and like the little pureblood gentleman he is, he pulls out Lily's chair for her.

"I like corner tables. Gives us more privacy." he says

"Why thank you, good sir," Lily says playfully, smiling at Draco. She sits and begins looking at the menu. "I haven't been here in a while, but this place is just as quaint as ever."

Shane approaches the table, pad and pen in hand. "Hi," she says, offering them both a welcoming smile. "I'm Shane and I'm your waitress tonight, so... what can I get you two?"

Alanna blinked at the last item on the board and decided not to risk it. "I'll have the Beef and the beef. And coffee."

"You got it," Shane murmurs with a smile as she fills out a ticket for Alanna and puts in her order. Once that's done, she fills her a styrofoam take-out cup with coffee and lids it, placing it on the counter for her while she figures out her ticket. "That'll be $12.90, Alanna," she says, barely catching the cash drawer with her thumb as it pops out of the register.

"Thanks." Alanna hands over the appropriate money. "Still didn't get it fixed?" She asks sympathetically.

"No," Shane says with a faintly strained smile as she takes the money. "Mechanical stuff really isn't my thing. The cashier guy can do it... sorta, I guess, and he told me he fixed it, but... looks like it changed its mind." She places the money in the drawer and closes it, eyeing it warily for a moment.

Tara quietly slid into a seat, waving at Shane with a lopsided grin.

Shane was in the process of retrieving an order for a table, but smiled as she saw Tara come in. "Hey," she said. "Look, I need to go drop these off, but I'll be right back, okay?"

"Of course," Tara smiles. "Take your time."

"Okay," she murmurs, still smiling as she stuffs her order pad in her back pocket and then scooping up the other plate. "I'll be back."

Angela takes a seat on one side of a booth, waving to Shane as she comes in.

"Hey, Angela," Shane greets with a smile as she approaches the booth, pad and pen in hand. "How's it going?"

"I'm good, just waiting for Marty." Angela glances at the menu. "Could you just bring me a diet coke? With a cherry in it? And we'll order for real once he gets here."
