[OOC: Jack did refuse to deliver the first (with card) to the dorms. Off campus was never stated as a threat-free zone. If action needs to be taken, mun will be around this evening. I know who did it OOC, the recipient knows OOC who did it as well and is fine with it. Sorry, I just don't want a repeat of last time. ;) ]

When Phoebe read the card attached to the flowers, her face went white as a sheet. She looked around the area, trying to see if anyone was watching her. With a shaking hand, she read the card again and shook her head.

She looked around once more and then took the roses and the card into her room.
