I realise you're teaching at the school and have a young jedi to corrupt other committments, but if you have a little time free, would you be willing to take on a flying student?

I can tell you right off, take offs and landing are the two more difficult parts of any flights, regardless of ship.

Deb delivers the order quietly. At a break in the conversation, she looks at Inara. "What can I get you, honey?"

Deb returns with it in short order. She watches from the counter, staring a little at the two beautiful, well-dressed ladies in her place.

I'm sure we'll work off whatever we eat. Ben's spent all day at his desk, he needs a little activity to get him going.

Two chicken cacciatores and iced tea. We'll pick up lemon bars on the way out.

"It's not Liberty Avenue, but this is isn't Pittsburgh. I think we're doing real well, honey. I'll get those right up for you."

Deb hurries off and returns with the tea. The food is ready a few minutes later.

"How's your store working out?"

So far, so good. A little slow sometimes, but that might be a good thing. At the party, Shane got me thinking. I might try to do another comic. Some creative time during the day might not be a bad thing.
