It's not long before Kiki touches down outside the Perkolater and goes inside. She leans her broomstick neatly against the wall, orders a hot chocolate with a shot of hazelnut syrup, and sits down opposite Harry, with a genuinely happy smile. She looks a little bit tired underneath that, however.

"Hi," she grins, "How is everything going?"

"Good, thanks. How are you?" Harry says, happy Kiki is here so he can procrastinate on his anthropology homework.

"Quite well, thanks," Kiki sips her hot chocolate. "Especially now that I am no longer breaking into ABBA tunes. I was unlucky enough to eat one of the ham and cheese sandwiches that Chef made yesterday." She raises her mug in a slight toasting gesture before taking another sip. "It's nice to have some real food for a bit. Food that won't make me sound like the Top 40 hit list from the 1970's."

"God, the ABBA-thing, yes. I haven't heard you, but Marty's been singin all over the school, it was really...very odd. And so is the Swedish chef, i usually try to avoid his food whenever i can." He raises his cup of cup of capuchino in answer to the toasting gesture. "Nice place this is, isn't it? They've got good coffee too" He smiles.

Kiki grimmaces. "Yeah, I ran into Marty over at the clinic, doing a wonderful solo for Dancing Queen. They just told us it would wear off, eventually. So, not much help."

"It's very cozy," Kiki agrees. "I like it. I'm not big on coffee, but I love tea and hot chocolate. Good place to unwind."

"Tea is good, yes. And apparantly it's healthy too. Oh, i hadn't told you yet: i'm in the Into the Black flying club now, so thanks for the tip, i'm really looking forward too our meeting".

"Oh, excellent! That reminds me - the demonstration for broom flying is tonight. Anakin told me it would be you, me and Draco." She makes a small distasteful smirk at the mention of his name. "There's a couple of people at this school that give me the creeps, and he's one of them. Not as bad as Angelus, though, I'll admit."

"Yes, Anakin called me to ask if i could bring my broom. I think it'll be fun, except for the fact that Draco is there. You're right, he is a creep, a horrible person, and i know for a fact that that blond hair isn't godgiven."

Kiki gulps her last sip of chocolate in surprise. "Indeed! Well, he's so vain about it anyway - I should have guessed he dyes it. How did you find out?" She winks and gives him a mischeivous grin. "Or does that involve some nefarious scheme and spying that you are absolutely and completely innocent of?"

"Well, he's roots showing. And come on, does the colour look natural to you? Well i hope he behaves at the meeting, he was kinda being the brat yesterday in studyhall, throwing parchments balls at me and stuff"

"Ugh, he really is a complete - what's the word? - prat." Kiki sets down her glass. This is probably one of the most uncharitable and meanest speeches that has ever come out of her mouth.

"Speaking of the blond bimboy, look who just came in." Kiki nods towards the door. It's Draco, naturally.

"Yeah, he's probably coming here just to pick on someone." Harry shrugs. "So, what did you do at the last Into the Black meeting, anything i should know about before the meeting this evening?"

"Nothing much - I got there pretty late. Some discussion of space flight, which was-"

Kiki breaks off as Draco approaches the table and opens the exchange of pleasantries. She looks pretty disgusted at Draco's rudeness.

Draco walks into the Perkolator, getting his morning cup of coffee. He spots Potter and the delivery witch.

"Well, isn't this a cute little gathering? I didn't think you would have time for such things Potter. Shouldn't you be off defeating the Dark Lord?"

"I defeat the Dark Lord while drinking my coffee thankyouverymuch."

"And you're doing such a good job of it too! I mean, it's not like he and the Death Eaters aren't killing people this very minute. I guess the Daily Prophet is just telling lies."

"But I suppose you've got more important things to worry about here. I mean, teaching muggles how to fly and mingling with delivery witches is way more important. And you've got that parent's weekend to worry about...oh wait, no you don't!"

"Well, Draco, you may not know it because you're just ~~rather dumb~~ raised in a protected family, but the Daily Prophet is in fact telling lies, and...delivery witches are indeed important, and part of my ~~evil~~ good scheme to defeat the Dark Lord and his followers...but it's not like i'd tell you about that"

"Ah yes, so I suppose that bit I read about my Aunt killing your Godfather was all lies. I bet that Sirius Black is waiting for you with open arms and you could finally know what it's like to have a family. Can't wait to meet him at Parent's Weekend. Right."

Draco looks over Kiki.

"You sure you want to be seen with her Potter? You should know the Dark Lord always go after the things you love the most. Isn't that why you ditched the mini-weasel?"

Draco grabs his coffee and begins to head out the door.

"See you two later at flying club."

Harry is to astounded and angry to yell anything back, as much as he wants to. He angrily clutches his wand*, telling himself not attack Draco in such a public place, but he will get revenge. Oh yes he will.

*no really, Kiki, his wand. Err...The magic wand...how come it sounds wrong whatever you write?

[ooc: Hee, Kiki's doing the return snark for him ;-) And funny you should mention wand...]

[Oh, no, neither will I. Amazing that FH has done what no amount of bad fanfic failed to do...]

Kiki bristles, her hair practically standing on end*, and at long last gets in touch with her Inner Bitch.

"Draco, I can only figure that you've bleached your hair so much you've bleached every brain cell you have, as well. I just hope you bleach all the other hair you've got because that would certainly ensure that you never have children to inherit your pathetic genes," she replies pithily. "Go play with your wand, little boy."

The door closes but not in time for Draco not to hear Kiki's comment. He pokes his head in to yell:

"I DO NOT BLEACH MY HAIR!"

Before leaving again.

Kiki smirks. Nailed 'im.

Draco is gone, but Kiki still says sweetly, "See you at Flying Club tonight, Draco," to the closed door of the coffee shop.

Harry looks at her and smiles. "Waw, good comeback. I didn't know you had it in you".

Kiki, surprised at herself, sets down her mug with trembling hands.

"Truth be told, neither did I!" she confesses, flashing a nervous smile. "And you're right! Anybody who is that sensitive about it just has to be dying their hair. I just threw it out there to see what kind of reaction he'd have...obviously, it hit a nerve!"

"It did, didn't it? We should remember this, you know, for future snarking" Harry says with a grin. "Waw, i'm allready looking forward to seeing him again at the flying club" Harry says sarcastic. "Ah well"

Kiki pauses a moment, stopped suddenly by an idea that is, all things considered, probably ~~quite~~ a bit evil.

"Harry," she says slowly, "You still work on the school newspaper, don't you?"

Harry sees the evil-scheme-sparkle in her eyes. "Yes...why?" He says, eager to know the plan.

Kiki's mischievous smile broadens and her voice drops to a whisper. An eavesdropper would have a tough time hearing her, if there were any. She leans across the table towards Harry. "There's an op-ed section, right? Do they accept anonymous letters? Public service announcements?" Excitement in her voice, Kiki starts speaking faster, really getting into her idea. "Things like big-type banner advertisements saying, 'Attention, Students, a jumbo jar of Bimbo Bambi's Perfect Platinum Hair Care Product was found in the boy's locker room and would Mr. Draco Malfoy please come by to pick it up'? I could stop by the newspaper with a letter - anonymously sent, of course, by someone who fears brutal retaliation - deliver it, and it could conveniently end up in the paper..."

Kiki hides a fit of snickering by leaning her chin on her hand.

"Waw, that's good! And if it doesn't work, we could always try to take over the PA, people have done it before!" Harry bounces in his seat with excitement. "We should really write that letter, i'll try to get it in the newspaper. Gah, revenge is sweet" He grins at Kiki.

Kiki can't seem to stop giggling. Being evil is surprisingly fun.

"And we can just keep going with it! Advertisements in the hallways. Special sale fliers with discounts for Mr. Malfoy since he is such a good customer already. Anonymous gift baskets outside his door chock full of shampoo and hair gel!"

"Oh god, you are amazing!" Harry says, as he wipes a tear from his cheek from laughing so hard. "We should so much do that. It'll drive Draco crazy!"

((OOC: we should really do it, just check up first with Rory (for the newspaper) and Draco himself))

Kiki is laughing so hard she is barely able to breathe. "It's settled then. Operation: Drive Draco Dotty is a go."

[ooc: absolutely! I'm photoshopping a picture right now. I'll go ask Draco's mun if he minds us trying to humiliate his character.]

"Imagine how pissed off he will be after everyone discovers his beauty secret. Maybe we should rsvp a padded room in advance" Harry grins.

((We will bribe Draco-mun with some ~~Draco-harry lovin'~~ free snark-on-harry time 0.o))

Kiki has gotten the hiccups from laughing so hard, but she can't manage to stop laughing long enough to hold her breath to stop them.

"Oh, *hic* yes, we should, and maybe some *hic* life insurance policies at the clinic f-*hic* f-*hic* for ourselves!"

"That last one isn't such a bad idea, i guess. Ehh, and something like a bombshelter wouldn't be bad either...Oh, want me to get you something sugar-y to stop the hiccups?"

Kiki's finally manged to catch her breath, and she shakes her head no, eyes twinkling with merriment. She lets out the air in a woosh and wipes the tears of laughter from her eyes.

"A shelter would definitely be a good idea," she agrees. "When does the newspaper meet? Who would be best to deliver to? Professor Jerusalem? Draco will know it's us, but we can at least not be blatantly obvious about it."

[Draco says yes, woot!]

"I'll drop Rory a voicemail to see what's the best way to submit an ad, and when. Though i just remember that that Lily girl is in the newspaper too. You know, Draco's girlfriend. That makes things complicated, but it'll work, i guess."

"Hmm, yeah, we'll have to figure out how to prevent her from seeing it," Kiki muses. "What can she see in him? Why are so many perfectly nice girls attracted to total jerks? It's a mystery!"

[ooc: Kiki's mun is heading home from work and off to a meeting for most of the evening. It's probably pretty late for you, too, so we can pick this up tomorrow again, if you want :) ]

"Hey!" Kiki snaps angrily. Unforutnately, she's got little experience with being professionally unpleasant a la Malfoy, so her retort is not terribly insulting, witty, or threatening.
