Aziraphale's Rare Books, Thursday afternoon.

Coming straight from Study Hall, Kiki lands in town near the bookstore. She looks at the display in the store window first before going inside.

"Hello, Mr. Aziraphale," she calls as the bell on the door jingles over her head. "How are you?" She crosses to one of the comfortable chairs near the window, in reach of the tea and cookies, and where she'll be able to see Harry pass by on his way inside.



[ooc: Kiki's waiting for Harry, but anyone else passing by or coming in can see her and stop to chat/harrass/whatever.]

Aziraphale looks up from from behind several stacks of books which are currently balanced precariously on the counter. "Good day, Kiki! I'm quite well. How are you?"

"Great," she grins. "I'm meeting Harry here in a little bit. I'm glad to see you're back - did you have a good trip?"

Eyeing the tilting pile, she offers, "Do you need any help with those?"

"It was quite interesting, my dear, thank you. I don't believe I've met Harry."

He smiles at her across the room. "Well, when you've finished your tea, you're welcome to help me reshelve if you like."

"He's never been here before, but he's pretty intrested to see everything in here, after I told him about it," Kiki replies, setting aside her copy of "The Three Musketeers," which Aziraphale should recognize as once having belonged to his stock. She comes over to stand beside the stacks of books. "What can I do? I'm afraid I don't know your system yet."

"Ah, well, I have a new system, actually. I realized that the old one was rather difficult for anyone other than myself." He waves his hand at one of the piles. "These all go on the bookcase nearest the door, in alphabetical order by author."

Smiling as he notices the book, he adds, "Are you enjoying Mister Dumas' work?"

"It's wonderful," Kiki replies emphatically, as she carefully lifts the top 5 books off the designated stack. "And so exciting! I'm also reading some poetry - we have to choose our favorite poem for Professor Chaucer's class next week, and I'm trying to decide which one that would be."

Harry arrives at the bookshop after his last class. Since he doesn't see Kiki outside he assumes she allready went in, so Harry enters. Inside he sees Kiki stocking shelves.

"Hey, i see you are enjoying yourself" He says with a smile

Kiki returns the smile. "I am! Don't mind me - I just offered to help out with reshelving these. That's Mr. Aziraphale, by the desk. Oh, and there's cookies on the table by the window. How was class?"

Aziraphale smiles from behind his piles of books as Harry comes into the shop.

"Oh hi" Harry says, as he sees the man behind the bookpile. "You must be mister Aziraphle, right? I'm Harry"

Rather surprised at how quickly his name seems to be getting around the student population, Aziraphale nods. "I'm pleased to meet you, Mister Potter. Do help yourself to some tea if you like."

"Pleased to meet you too" Harry smiles, and turns to the tea. "Oh tea is awesome, especially when it's cold outside. There are not much shops that offer such a service", he says as he pours some tea for him and Kiki.

"Class was okay, kinda boring. Should i help you with the reshelfing?"

"Sure, if you want," Kiki says. "Or if you want to just look around for a while, that's fine, too. There's some fantastic stuff you can find just by browsing about."

Aziraphale smiles over at Kiki and says, "Kiki, my dear, leave off that if you like and visit with your friend. I don't expect my customers to work for the priveledge!"

Kiki blushes and laughs. "Well, I did offer to help," she says. She's managed to shelve about 20 books. She gets up and follows Harry through the stacks and shelves of books.

"Oh, i'll look around a bit, then. There are indeed a lot of books here." He starts to stroll around the store, seeing which titles catch his attention.



((Also, harry poured you tea in the thread above, but the two threads are a bit moving along eachother in a weird fashion. 'nyways, just to let you know :) ))

Shane opens the door and pokes her head inside. "Hey, Marty?" She calls, slipping through the door as she looks around for a moment, adjusting her wire-framed glasses on her nose. "Are you here?"

Aziraphale looks up from behind several precariously-balanced stacks of books on his counter. He smiles when he sees Shane and waves for her to come in. "I'm afraid Marty isn't here right now, Miss McCutcheon. But please do come in."

"Oh, hey! Mr. Phale," Shane says, smiling broadly. She approaches the counter and reaches over to steady one of the stacks. "I was hoping I'd find you. I didn't know if you'd be back, yet, though."

"I've only been back a few days. I thought I'd clean things up a bit." He smiles brightly, looking...terribly happy.

"Is there something I can do for you?"

Shane returns the smile for just a moment before it falters on her lips and is replaced with a worried expression when she remembers why she needed to speak with him in the first place. "Umm, actually, there is," she murmurs quietly. "I came to see if you could help one of my friends."
