[The Doctor walks into Deb's perhaps five minutes later. He looks like he's come straight from school, and though he seems tired, he gives her a true smile.] Hello.

Kiki and Harry show up together, hoping for a quiet dinner with no snarking Draco, vampires, Evil!Paige, run-ins with the Emo Brigade, or other forms of sexual tension.

"Kiki, honey," Deb calls from the register. "Can you run this out real quick?" She's holding a bag with a take-out box and a thermos in it.

"No problem!" Kiki calls. "I'm so sorry," she says to Harry, "I'll be back in a flash!"

Kiki darts out the door and leaps on her broom.

True to her word, in less than 10 minutes she lands outside the door again and hurries inside to Harry again.

Surprisingly enough Tex is out of armour when she enters the restaurant. She's still a lot taller than everyone else in the room and she's got a handgun strapped in its holster by her side. She nods at Deb and slides into the booth.

"Tex! How are you doing this evening, honey? What can I get for you?"

"Not too bad," she smiles at Deb. "Fish and chips and whatever's chocolate for dessert."

With not much to do during the day, Aeryn wanders off campus and finds herself at Deb's. She slides into the first open booth she sees.

Tex looks up as she notices the girl enter. She studies her for a moment before continuing to eat her chips.

Aeryn nods acknowledgement, but isn't really known for striking up one-on-one conversations with new people in public places.

I'm not sulking. *sulks* I just miss Ben, that's all. I'm sure he and Hunter are having a good time catching up, though.
