"Hey Frank. Sorry I didn't get to the office yesterday, I was too busy investigating the whole incident at Spike's last week."

"Actually I know who orchestrated the whole thing. Including the manufacture of the gas. Only problem is I don't have any hard evidence that would link it back to that person. Only a confidential source and a unreliable witness. I'm planning on visiting the Dean today to share my concerns and see if it is possible to cut the student off from access to any of the chemicals on campus."

Marty cocks an eyebrow. "Manufacture the evidence? That would be tough to pull off. We have two former CSI members from Las Vegas on the faculty and they tend to be very thorough. A plan like that could backfire."

Police use sting operations all the time.
Find someone who may have use of such an item.
Pay them to approach the man to create more.
Stake out the pay off.
