Ha. This time it's something different.

Post to me in the comments any help wanted ads or links to your entries and I'll adjust this entry and link to the fandomhhigh_ooc comm to help advertise your need for help.

As a word of advice though, don't depend on employees straight from the school/town to populate your business. If you will be opening every day, you can use NPCs. It does still require you to be present in your entry and in the threads, but if you play your business like the only money you get in is from campus/townie interactions, you'll never make any money.

If you need employees to open your shop so you get a break from having to be present all the time, Pimp Pimp Pimp and I'll see that your need for employees gets pimped too. Don't forget contacting the paper and having him run ads.

You've probably already thought of this, but maybe this post/thread should be kept as "employment opportunities" (like VM posts are) with a link in the user info? Individuals would be responsible for taking down their posts as the jobs get filled, so it wouldn't be up to you to maintain it (seeing as you have enough to do). That way the listings will always be in one place for anyone who's looking.
