It's very late when a middle-aged couple comes in.

"I don't see a night clerk," the man whispers.

"Perhaps we should ring the bell?" answers the woman quietly, setting down her bag. "I don't want to make a fuss."

The man blinks owlishly behind his glasses and leans over the counter a little. "Um, hello?" he calls softly. "Okino and Kokiri Takayama - I think we had a reservation here for a room?"

*Michel returns from the back, notices one of the bellhops must have put the bell back on the counter and removes it again just to be safe*

"Hello." *looks through book* "Yes, here we have it: Takayama. Room 220." *he calls loudly over his shoulder* "Tessie!"

*scowls* "Pardon us, but we are somewhat overwhelmed this weekend. A bellhop will be with you in just a moment to see you to your room."

Very, very late in the night, and looking quite tired indeed (interstellar time travel takes its toll on you), Commander Cruger and Kat Manx arrive at the hotel.

"Hello," he says. "Anubis Cruger, Commander, Space Patrol Delta. It looks like we'll be needing rooms for the weekend." Out of the corner of his mouth, he says to Kat, "I don't suppose Bridge mentioned anything about this to you either . . ."

Kat's smile is smug. "Why do you think I researched it myself, sir?"

Sitting back in the corner of the room, Mr. Travers take note of each guest. Occasionally writing something down in his notebook. As they all head to their rooms at the end of the night, Mr. Travers heads out to his own previously made accommodations.
