Spike's Pub - Open - 11/2

All three brothers were there tonight, busy around the bar as they got ready.

Everything placed out, the brothers flipped on the sign and opened the Pub on time for business.

The Cat dances into the bar sniffing the air to see what food and drinks are available damn it no fishies!

He contines to dance over to the bar "whiskey please buddy"

All three stood at the bar and watched the...whatever...dance? in. Loz stifles a laugh and goes back to his perch against the wall. Looking dumbfounded, Yazoo and Kadaj just...watched.

Finally, Yazoo, fighting a laugh, he poured the whiskey and slid it in front of 'him'.

The Cat is too looking at his reflection to noitce the drink arrive, after a minute he notices it

"thanks buddy, so when do the ladies get here?" he asks preening

Yazoo raised an eyebrow. "Hard to say," he said. "Business is up and down."

The Cat looks disappointed by this, he'd not seen any ladies in a few days, maybe there weren't anymore.

He cocks his head at Yazoo, well he's not a girl, but he sure is pretty! he sniffs the air slightly and he smells good too

He takes a drink of the whiskey then offers his hand "I'm The Cat and you are?" he asks

Pulling back just slightly when the ... guy sniffed, Yazoo looked at the hand sticking out there with suspicion. "Yazoo," he said, not taking the offered hand but he did smile.

The Cat put his hand back down looking a little upset. He missed the monkey, so far only Puss had even bothered to speak to him, if he weren't so shallow this would really really upset him, he mentally shrugs and downs the whiskey

"smooth!" he says "another please."

With a shrug, Yazoo set another whiskey down for him. "You're new here."

Tex definitely is not in a good mood as she enters the pub and it's not hard to see either as she's still out of armour. She takes a seat on one of the barstools and nods at Yazoo.

Before Tex can get settled, there's a whiskey in front of her.

There's the faintest of smiles on her lips and she nodd gratefully at Yazoo. Picking up the glass, she doesn't waste her time with convention and gulps down a third of the drink.

"You're without your armor," Yazoo said, stating the obvious.

"Yes." She scowled, but wasn't aimed at Yazoo. "I can't wear it for at least a week according to Red."

"Red?" Yazoo leaned on the bar in front of her. "They a doctor?"

"No, but he does know how to do tattoos," she tilted her head and raised her eyebrow meaningfully.

"Ooh," Yazoo nodded and smiled. "Got a tattoo?"

Brenda sits on a bar stool, legs crossed. She's decided to be zen about whatever weirdness is going on around her.

"Double vodka tonic with a lemon wedge, please."

While Yazoo helped the other two customers, Kadaj pulled down a glass and fixed her drink. "Evening," he said, pushing the glass in front of her.

"Hey. Thanks," Brenda says, taking a healthy belt of the drink. "So do you guys run this bar?"

"Work here," Kadaj said with a shrug. "Spike owns it."

Brenda nods, sipping again on her drink. "Cool place either way," she says.

"It's interesting here," Kadaj said with a smile.

"I've noticed," Brenda says with a laugh. "Is it true the mayor isn't human?"

"Not sure, I've never seen him," Kadaj said. "In this town, it's believable."
