Blood Gulch Arms - Friday (NFB)
Business was going good. Tex' mood however was rapidly getting worse. Her fourth day out of armour and now there was a curfew in town. Really not funny. She placed the glove of her armour underneath the counter in case Yazoo would drop by later to take those measurements. Moving to the door, she flipped the open sign and frowned as she realised the entire town was decorated in red. Shaking her head, she went to sit behind the counter.
Maybe it was withdrawel. Before O'Malley, she'd go on leave for a week or so and it never bugged her to go out of armour. Now, she felt antsy. The fact that her back was itching as the skin was healing didn't help either. Scowling at the data pad in her hand, she continued her research.
Signs at the door:
Just in: Peacekeeper weapons
Pulse pistol and Pulse rifle
Special offer: gas mask and goggles
Price: $46
Students: $37
((Shop lay out and supplies can be found here.))

"You might want to jig up the price," she said with a small smirk.

No one else was going to die because people were too damned stupid to breathe before shooting.
"Hello?" she called, looking for the shopkeeper.

The rifle looked about right for a setting when she knew there'd be trouble. She nodded. "I like this plasma rifle, and I'll probably take two if you're seeling, to alternate like it suggests. But I'd be very interested in something smaller, concealable. The only thing I have now is a gauss-weapon that dissassembles into a matched bracelet, earrings, and a necklace. Problem with it is, it's got one setting: permanent cellular dispersal. I'd be willing to compromise in favor of something that I could set low enough not to kill..."

"I'll go get it for you," she said as she moved to the door behind her. It slid open and she moved into the supply room. A little while later she returned with the box of ammo and put it down on the counter. She pulled open the lid so John could inspect.

"Very nice work." He begins to haggle about the price, a small smile on his face.

"Of course," she says as if that's only natural. They finally agree on a fair price for the ammo.

John pulled out a computer printout from his pocket on reloaders (http://dillonprecision.com/template/p.cfm?maj=6&dyn=1&) and showed it to Teh Uberkool Gun Chick.
"And I'm fairly certain that this violates the weapons ban in the dorm."
