Wandering through the streets of town [pre-curfew]
Aaron walked the streets of Fandom, not really looking at anything in particular. Letting his feet get a feel for the street, letting himself become accustomed to the noises of the night. It was winter, or nearly so, and the sun set early, leaving long shadows when the light had fled. Most of the storefronts had brightly lit and cheerful windowpanes facing the street, but tonight, he wasn't interested in shopping. He'd had a quick dinner at Deb's, and turned himself loose to just wander.
He was brooding. He hated brooding. Especially freeform unspecified brooding that lurked just under the surface of conscious thought and refused to be recognised. He'd lived in enough small towns to recognise the 'You're not from 'round here-parts' auslander feeling, so he made a mental checkmark next to brooding reason number one. Just because he knew it happened and dealt with it didn't make him like it at all.
Stuffing his hands in his pockets and hunching his shoulders against the wind, he let his feet take him where they willed.

Aaaron nods politely to the other night wanderer.
