Perkolater - Saturday morning through midafternoon.
Aaron stumbles into the coffee shop, still damp from his morning shower. His hair is slightly crunchy where the cold wind crystallized the water into something not quite ice. Flicking it out of his face with an absent hand, he heads to the counter and orders a large coffee.
Ambling his way to a table, he carefully slides his big frame into a seat and pulls the battered handbook of regulations out of a pocket. Thumbing it open to a folded page, he begins reading. Occasionally taking a bemused drink of coffee, he can sometimes be heard to snort softly at the regs.
[ooc: New character - open to anyone. Play with me?Not like that, Yazoo. sheesh.]

What possesses you to make that noise, boy?

And then realizes he's snorted out loud. Giving the regulation book a quick glance, he shakes it slightly. "The rules this state has on the books concerning tattoos and piercings are rather archaic. Sorry, friend. Didn't mean to be so loud." His voice is quiet and polite, a mellow tenor rumble.

Of course, people have always had taboos about the flesh...yes?

Recalling his manners, he extends a hand to the other man. "Aaron Boone, new inkjockey in town."

Just before lunch
This decorating stuff was harder than he thought.
Re: Just before lunch
"Grocery list, moving list, or other?" he asks the other man, quietly amused.

Aaron nods in sympathy, "Tell me about it. I just moved here and didn't realize how much.." a hand waves as if encompassing a large mass of things, "stuff is needed to make an apartment look like someone's living in it. And then I keep forgetting things, or buying things I'm not sure I'll ever need, just because I've never seen a home without one. That little brush thing that everyone has in their bathroom, usually sitting next to the plunger? What the heck is that thing for? I have no clue, but I bought one."
Taking a sip of coffee, he grimaces, "I even got it in a color that matches the fixtures. Crazy, man."
