Maia hurried up the steps, she didn't bother knocking, she hurries into the kitchen and threw her arms around Allison "Hi" She grins happily.

"Hello Maia." Allison says, hugging the girl. "It's great to see you."

Maia set's down some flowers she was carrying, its a fall colored arrangement. "For Thanksgiving" She said with a grin.

"Thank you Maia, they're lovely." Allison says.

Maia blushed slightly "What are you up to today?"

"Just planning Thanksgiving dinner." Allison tells her.

Maia sat down and tilted her head "Need any help?"

"Sure." Allison says. "I'm making a big dinner and anyone who isnt going home and wants the feeling of family can come here."

Maia bit her lip for a moment "Can I come? There supposed to have a big thing at the hotel but somehow I'm thinking I won't be comfortable there."

"Of course Maia, you're always welcome." Allison tells her warmly.

Maia smiles in relief. "Thank you." She grinned now happily "What can I do to help?"

"You can help me think of other things I need and go shopping."

Maia smiled again and dug around in her bag for a piece of paper and a pen. "Stuff for mashed potatos yeah?"

Allison nods. "Just tell me what you think I should add to the list."

Maia thinks for a moment and then lists off the things Thanksgivings should have::::

Turkey obviously
Stuffing
Potatos
Rolls
Canberry Sauce
Corn
Olives
Pickles
Cheese
Pumpkin Pie stuff
Apple Pie stuff
Fruit Salad stuff
Whipped Cream

Maia looks thoughtful... I think thats it

"Thank you Maia, that helps a lot." Allison tells her.

Maia beamed for a moment "I talked to Diana last night." She said softly after a few minutes

"How is she?" Allison asks.

[maias-notebook.livejournal.com]

"She's ok. She has to work all week so that's why I am not going home. I-I had a bad dream about her. I thought it was a vision but I think it was just a bad dream really." Maia concluded remembering seeing Diana laying in blood on the sidewalk. "After I told her about it I fell asleep and well I don't see it so much this morning."

Allison nods, "Well you are always welcome here Maia, your friends too."

Maia smiled thinking she would invite Paige to the dinner as well as some of her other friends. "Thank you Allison" She said smiling up at her "You've been so nice to me, I really, well I really needed that."
