dark of night, the park
Zhaan had spent the day inventorying her shop and realizing that she missed the excitement of Moya. Hectic though it may have been, there'd been something that confirmed being alive when surrounded by chaos.
Death and destruction, and the innate... Thanks to Crichton, she could call it humanity. Watching him struggle with first understanding, and later with Aeryn. Forcing her to be more, forcing all of them to accept the same. Peacekeeper, hynerian dominar, thieving tralk, warrior, and priestess with a checkered past.
So after finishing for the day, she took herself to the park, gazing at the stars and wondering if Earth had as many modes of weather as humans had moods during the day.

In the park she saw a beautiful, statuesque women who, if the night wasn't deceiving her, was... blue.
Darla wondered what her blood tasted like, but only idly. Instead, she crossed to her and looked up. "Wondering what the stars have in store for you?" she asked.
