In the park...
Spike takes a night away from the pub and walks through the park.
Not exactly looking for anyone... but whatever comes across his path he'll be happy to deal with.

Re: NFB
Spike pulls out a cigarette and lights it up.

Re: NFB
"Running off so soon, Love? We just met."
Spike took a long drag off his cigarette and blew it not quite into Parker's face.
"Besides, I wasn't finished with our conversation."
Re: NFB
"Interesting. I thought the guy who owned the bar was just out for a smoke. Now, there's talking, next, you'll ask me for a date, then, I'll have to tell you what I did to my last two boyfriends. It'll all end badly. I think we should leave this as a happy dream we both remember, don't you?"
Re: NFB
Spike took another drag of his cigarette and held out the pack to Parker.
"Cigarette?"
Re: NFB
"What the hell do you know about Angelus?"
Re: NFB
Spike pulled a cigarette out of the pack and held it out to her.
"Like I said about Angelus? We're old friends. Well... friends is a strong word for what we are. Let's just say I have a vested interested in keeping the magnificent poof soul bound."
Re: NFB
"Do you now?" Vampire? She couldn't be sure. "I don't think I caught your name. And what have you heard that makes you think that soul condition is going to change?" Then she grins. "'Magnificent poof'?"
Re: NFB
"I run a pub, love. Man in my position is liable to pick up a bit of information now and then. And don't tell me you're not interested in hearing it."
Re: NFB
Seven weeks without a cigarette. She'd have to start over....
Fuck it. After this week, she deserved one.
She lit her cigarette off his lighter, keeping her eyes on him, open and watching. She smiled as she inhaled, then asked, "So, Mr. No-Name-Friend-of-Poof. Tell me a story."

Re: NFB
"Offer's simple pet. Nothing will happen to your friend Martin Blank for what he did to my girl. In exchange? You and your friends won't after her for what she did to him... and others."
Re: NFB
"Others?" she asked. Then shook her head sharply. "No, don't answer that."
Calculatingly, she studied him, then nodded. "No souling for your girl. No hunting her down with pitchforks and torches to finish the job. But no promises if ex-Professor Drusilla shows up anywhere near them. This is not a magically stupid binding promise 'til my death or beyond. Just my best effort. Good enough?"
Re: NFB
"Good enough. And my girl is to know nothing about this and you didn't hear it from me. Got it? As for the information... Angelus's old lap dog has been lurking around the pub. It appears he knows about that little spell and is working to have it undone. Bragged about knowing witches and everything. Looks like he's going to be working some major mojo to get it done. And soon."
Re: NFB
Re: NFB
boyfriendgood friend back. Better keep those friends of yours on their toes."Spike pulled out another cigarette and tossed the remainder of the pack to Parker.
"I think you'll be needing these," Spike smirked.
Re: NFB
"I'll keep that in mind," Parker said, shoving the pack in her purse. "If you keep up your end of it. No killing Marty or the others, and Crazy Squid Lady won't hear any bad news from me." Not that I'd go looking for her. "I'll give Fangs the Poof your regards-- Spike?" she said, suddenly remembering the name of the pub.
Re: NFB
"Make sure you tell 'Peaches', I send my love," he said as he turned from Parker and disappeared into the night.
Re: NFB
If only I could give Belthazor *sense*, the way we gave Angelus a soul... ha.

"Lovely night, what?"
After parker...
Spike looked him over warily. "Don't believe we've met."
Re: After parker...
Re: After parker...
"Nice accent. Where you from exactly?"
Re: After parker...
Aziraphale smiles pleasantly and ignores the slight, slipping his hands into his pockets instead and inviting himself to sit on the end of Spike's bench.
"From here and there, really," he answers evasively. "London most recently. Rather different from here, isn't it?"
Re: After parker...
Spike lights up another cigarette and takes a long drag off of it.
"So what brought you to Fandom? Honestly you don't look like the type that would move here."
Re: After parker...
He settles comfortably back against the bench, stretching his legs out and crossing them at the ankles, and looks out across the park.
"My dear, I've met the most amazing assortment of people here in Fandom. How do you figure that I don't look the type?" Aziraphale laughs softly.
Re: After parker...
Re: After parker...
"I rather like this town, actually. It's full of the most interesting people. What brings you here?"
Re: After parker...
Family. My health. I came to Fandom for the waters." Spike says, quoting a very familiar movie.Re: After parker...
He turns his head to look directly at Spike. "I rather doubt the waters are going to be of much use to you, my dear."
