Money, money, money...

There's a pile of gifts on the desk, all neatly wrapped in red or blue velvet-like cloth. Salmoneus sits beside them, smiling as he makes notes on a tally sheet.

He glances at the plone -- prone -- call thing, mildly distressed that it hasn't rung. Neither Principal Bristow, nor Jack Harkness have gotten in touch. But, it is Solstice, and there's this Crissmas thing as well. As excited as the banker is about spending his boss's money helping out the students, he can't fault either the principal or the young man for not getting back to him right away.

Besides, he admits that he's always been an instant gratification type of guy. Waiting isn't something he's good at.

But wait he will. Anything to break Hades help the kids.

[ooc: slowplay, but here. Come get a toy from Salmoneus!]

During a slow moment at the store, Michael comes over to the bank. He's carrying a new radio (much like the one Salmoneus had before) and a large teddy bear (that is tough for Michael to carry because it stands at about half his height). "Hello, Salmoneus," he calls with a smile.

Michael grins and manages to set the teddy bear on the floor. "Presents," he says, handing Salmoneus the radio. "I thought I'd get you a replacement. And I thought maybe Fluffy might like a, well, companion of sorts." He points to the bear and says with a laugh, "My daughter has one of these...it's bigger than she is. I thought it might be a good size for your friend here."

((ooc: No prob. RL happens. Going to bed soon though, can slow-play as needed.))
