Friday Back Home, out in the Park near the TARDIS

The final assessment went well. Except for the memory loss, and the cast on her ankle, she was making a fine recovery. Adam came to get her and brought her home. She was eager to take a shower with her own soaps, and dress in her own clothes. It was a gorgeous day in Fandom. Most of the snow melted away in the bright sunshine. With a little help she took one of Ten's chairs and a little table and set herself up outside, enjoying the fresh air. It was good to be home.

After visiting Red (http://www.livejournal.com/community/fandomtownies/482559.html?thread=19139327#t19139327), Cameron headed back to the school. Deciding he might as well take advantage of being outside, he went for a jog through the park. "Morning, professor." He greeted as he passed by CJ.

"Cameron Mitchell, ma'am." Cameron said, deciding that she really had been too drunk to remember.

"Uh, once." Cameron frowns as he shakes her hand, he looks a bit confused.

Okay, this is weird but then a lot of things are in Fandom. Cameron takes a seat and frowns. "I'm afraid I'm not following, ma'am."

Cameron grimaced. First Jack, now CJ. Seemed like a new trend was hitting Fandom. "I'm sorry to hear that," he said sincerely.

"I don't really know you, I'm afraid. We met once when I was out jogging with Sheppard and we walked you home, but that's pretty much it."

"John Sheppard, I think he's in your class. He's another student tat the school." Cameron explained.

"Uh," Cameron blushed a bit. "We er... You seemed to be a bit... tipsy."

early afternoon

Loz had already left to get the parts, not due back until Monday. Kadaj and Yazoo had started on the car and made an interesting discovery.

Tucked away in the back beneath the passenger's seat was a small box. They took one look at the note and realized they should probably get this back to CJ.

Leaving Kadaj to keep working, Yazoo took the box and went to the blue box in the park.

Driving up on his bike, he could see his job would be much simpler with CJ sitting out front. He parked and, holding the box in one hand, walked to her and smiled. "Hey."

"Feeling better?" he asked. Looking at the ground next to her feet, he sat down when he was satisifed he wasn't going to end up sitting 'in' anything.

Yazoo looked down at the box in his hand and held it out to her. "Actually, we found it in your car. It's for a 'Ten'?"

He shrugged. "That's what the note said. We had to look." Once she took the box he rested his arms on bended knees. "It's very nice."

"That's for this holiday, right?" He tilted his head. Yazoo had been reading a bit on it but reading and witnessing were two different experiences.

"No," he said. "I've read about it and know its about some holy man's birth and this ties in with the god and the mother that most religious belief seems to center around." His fingers combed through the grass. "I'm not sure where that Claus man fits in. He doesn't seem so holy to me."
