The Perk, Wednesday Afternoon

Crow could be seen sitting in the Perk, reading a dirty magazine. At least seven cups of coffee, most of them empty, were sitting in front of him. He was humming the Charles In Charge theme song very loudly and off key (let's face it he's no Tom Servo). And if one got close enough you could hear what sounded like a perkolating sound coming from Crow's stomach. Ah the benefits of being a robot; you can give yourself free coffee refills.

Lilah walked into the Perk. From all reports, things on her project seemed to be moving forward nicely. That entitled her to a celebratory cup of coffee that actually tasted like coffee.

While she waited, she turned around to lean against the counter, and focused on the gurgling robot reading the nudie magazine. "Is that you making that noise?"

Crow looks up from his magazine. He was about to make a smartass comment but one look at Lilah and he quickly changed his mind.

"Why yes, yes it is." he says "My body has the ability to make things hot and steamy."

Lilah rolled her eyes. And she'd thought LA was strange. "Like a nuclear waste facility?"

"No baby, more like a hot robot of love." he answers, trying to be smooth. "Maybe it'll interest you to know that I come with four vibration settings."
