Open Today
Although Red wasn't really open today. The door is unlocked and anyone could come in, but Red was parked in front of the phone making phone calls and writing busily.
It wasn't just a matter of shutting off all radio transmissions. He needed to prepare people and have back up plans just in case. It required coordination, which is what he needed to do today.
((ooc: once again, afk most of the day. responses will be slow and can pick up late this evening for play. sorry for any inconvenience. had something come up that demands immediate attention in RL.))
