Town Clinic -Still not Officially open but why let that stop us??

The lights are all on and for people wanting to visit Yazoo the doors are unlocked.

Wilson is behind the front desk, working rather intently on something. Given the forbidding expression on his face, best not to disturb him for the time being, though feel free to help yourself to coffee or tea while you wait.

[ooc: I am under a brutal deadline till about noon. I'll be more friendly after that and would love visitors, promise! In the meantime, feel free to stop by and visit Yazoo or raid the coffee and tea, Wilson keeps some of the best coffee around!. :D ]

Aziraphale slips into the clinic early Thursday morning, carrying a piece of paper and a thermos of tea. The thermos he sets on Wilson's desk, leaning over his shoulder to give him a quick good morning kiss.

"For later, once you've had your coffee."

With a smile, he heads back into the surgery to visit Yazoo.

After speaking for a short while with Yazoo, Aziraphale stepped out into the waiting room. Seeing that Wilson had put up the paperwork for a tea break, he walked up the desk, smiling.

"You look tired, James dear. Is there anything I can do to help?"

Smiling delightedly, Aziraphale replied, "Of course, I'd be pleased to. Is there anything I can do right now to help, however?"

He'd noticed Wilson rubbing his shoulders, and had a thought to do something about that. But he was also well aware of the young doctor's over-protective tendencies when it came to the angel expending energy on things Wilson considered 'unimportant'.

CJ stops to talk to James, pulling something out of her purse.

"Good morning James. How are you today?" She digs around in her bag for something, then admits defeat and grabs a drug rep pen from the counter.

"I did. He's coming home today, he told me. He also told me you're letting the boys make payments. How much?" Strictly business when it comes to money, she looks at him, unwavering.

CJ slipped quietly past James after she'd talked to Charlie at the Perk. (http://www.livejournal.com/community/fandomtownies/507322.html?thread=19750842#t19750842) Carrying her laptop and attache, she sat beside Yazoo and ran her fingers through his hair as he slept.

Drifting in and out of sleep, whatever drugs the doctor was giving him, Yazoo was reeeaaaallly happy. The pain was almost nonexistant at that point but between the care the clinic gave him and what Kadaj did, he was recovering quite nicely.

However, the happiness drip, as Kadaj called it was stopped that morning and it looked like he could go home...once he woke up, he supposed.

A presence in the room that wasn't Kadaj slowly roused Yazoo from sleep and he looked over with slow blinks to see the familiar blurry shape of CJ sitting there. He tried to sit up and succeeded in getting partially propped up and looked around. "Where's Kadaj?"

[ooc -he stepped out for a bit and went to go see Tex. So Kadaj could have been there when CJ showed up or not, up to you.]

"Shh, lay down. He went out for a bit when I got here. How are you feeling?"

Fingers softly brush his hair away from his face, and she moves a little closer.

"Like a mouth full of cotton," Yazoo said. He shook his head slowly and combed through his bangs. That brought a grimace because he could still smell the blood. His blood.

"I can go home today," he stated plainly.

Quietly slipping into the room, Aziraphale checks to see if Yazoo is awake and looks up to recieving visitors.

In his hand he's carrying a picture (http://pics.livejournal.com/crawley_demon/pic/0000b175), drawn by Maggie a couple nights ago. He lays it on the bed next to Yazoo.

Yazoo closed his book and looked up at Aziraphale. He was surprised to see the man and placed his book to the side. "Hey," he said. Curiously, he leaned up just a bit to look at what Aziraphale placed next to his legs. "For me?"

"Good morning, my dear. Yes, this is for you, from Magdalene. She said you were kind to her at the pub the other day."

Aziraphale smiles and hands the picture to him. "I'm pleased to see you're doing well. Do you think you'll be able to go home soon, then?"

"Magdalene," Yazoo frowned, trying to recall who Aziraphale was talking about. He must mean the little girl. "She was unusual but kind of funny," he said with a smile.

Shifting on the bed, Yazoo shrugged. "Tonight if the doctor is happy. I hope, anyway." He looked down at the picture, his fingers brushing over it lightly. "Are things good at your shop?"

When the doctor came in, Yazoo opened his eyes and smiled, sitting up in the bed. "Hey."

"Yes," he said excitedly. Looking over at Kadaj who had come back in while he had slept, he grinned and nodded his head. "You've been very good and all but I don't like your bed."
