Ching Tai (NPC Chinese)
The atmosphere of Ching Tai was both glitzy and elegant, like most Chinese restaurants. Tasteful paintings clashed with the vibrant decor, yet somehow the combination worked.

"I ran into CJ Cregg in the lounge today. She had an accident over break, but she tells me she's fine, and she seems to be in good health."
"She asked how our break was," he adds quickly, not wanting to upset Sara too much at dinner. She'd never admit she was upset, of course, but Gil still didn't understand the scope of Sara's compassion, only that it extended beyond his understanding.
