The Park, Friday Night
Taking a break from the crowd in Caritas, Bel headed outside for a smoke. He walked down the street toward the park, wanting to get away from the noise and the screeching some called singing.
As he stood under a tree, flicking ashes into the grass, he saw a figure coming toward him, someone with a dog on a leash. He grinned as he recognized Blair, Angel's "little brother." Well, this could be amusing.

Sean growled at Bel and Blair pulled back on the leash. "Sean, cut it out! Um-Angel warned me about some girl, but you're the first person I've come across. And you're not a girl." Blair bounced and kneeled down to pet Sean soothingly.

Sean growled again at Bel and Blair patted him, mumuring, "Good boy, that's a good boy."

Blair stood and addressed Bel. "Don't know what's up with that, man. Sean seems to like everyone. You didn't rub

Blair stared down at him for a second and nodded slowly. "Sure, um, that must be it. Cats." He looked at Bel. "I'll let Angel know later that Sean seems to hate cat people now."

Sean just growled, yanking forward on his leash and darting around Blair's feet quickly.

Sean growled at Bel and pulled Blair forward a little.
"Glad to hear it man, I've grown sorta attached to my hair and all." Blair paused and thought it over. "All! I sorta like all of my body parts and stuff. Would rather none of them be on fire!"

Blair jumped when Bel threw his cigarette on the ground and decided that it was more of a fire extinguisher wink.
Mumbling a goodbye, Blair darted around Bel and took off in a run speedy walk towards the dorms, Sean darting ahead of him.

Evening in the Park, walking the dog.
"Okay, just until we get outside, Pup. Then we'll go walking around town. Sound good to you?" He ruffled the puppy's head and started for the outside for the park. Looked like a good place to play with a puppy. He flipped off his thermoptics a little ways away and set Pup down. "Okay, let's get you some exercise."

Then he found a puddle and began to attack his reflection.

The ball didn't stand a chance as he attacked it and tumbled through the grass.

He whined a little and went back to tearing at the ball, chasing it across the grass as it slid away from him.

Now if he could find something to impale it on.
That thought passed through Pup's head leaving barely a trace as he rolled in the dewy grass. When Togusa got closer, he shook himself, to get the cold water out of his fur.

He squirmed out of Togusa's arms and began running toward the duck pond, yapping at the sleeping birds.
Walter hadn't said to leave the ducks alone...

There was a smell among the flock that made his hackles raise and little red eyes glow.
Then his hackles smoothed down.
Maybe the duck that wasn't a duck would be friends with a pup that wasn't a pup. If he could find it.
