Pip hadn't stopped by the movies in a while. And, hey, who doesn't like cinematic adventures?

"One for the 12:00," he said.

Joel hands off a ticket and handwaves payment. "Enjoy the movie," he says, knowing that is completely not possible.

The Tick walked up to the box office and couldn't resist. A movie about his fellow Ticks!

"One for the 6:00 showing, chum!"

"Want me to get some food?" the boy says. He has a vaguely Scottish accent, and his voice tends to crack on harder vowels.

He buys a mess of popcorn and goes into the movie.

The boy with the dark messy hair totally buys like, a giant tub of popcorn, and two things of nachos, and big sodas, and lots of candy. He spends more on food than movie tickets.

Pip watches, occasionally throwing popcorn up into the projection light to make shadows on the screen. Eventually he ceases watching the movie and this turns into his main activity.

He was disappointed very quickly.

"God, that was bloody expensive," Ten mutters as he hands CJ her nachos. And her soda. And her big box of M&Ms. Carefully, he settles into his seat and leans closer to her.

"Oooh, nachos. Right on." She starts eating, demolishing the nachos before the movie even begins. Drinking half her soda, she settles in and leans on his shoulder as the movie begins.
