Bridge & Ted's Excellent Adventure (heading into town)
Ted stared at the snow. He didn't like snow that much. Even though he was covered with every layer of cold weather clothing he had, it still looked cold outside. But there were times in a dude's life when he had to go and face snow and maybe snow monsters just to save his best miniature giraffe friend in the whole world. However, he wouldn't be going alone.

"Ready, dude?"

Ted opened the door. The snow slumped in. He shrugged and started to walk out into the snow. It was hard because there was so much of it. They needed to get into town and get to Earl. He couldn't last another night alone. "I left him inside with some bread sandwiches when I came up here to teach, but he's gonna get hungry again soon. I tried calling, but he didn't answer. I hope the little dude's okay."

They almost made it to the front gate through sheer luck that comes with people who say 'dude' a lot. However, a snow monster caught sight of them and started waddling towards them. "Uh-oh. We've got company of the Frosty the reminds-me-of-my-Dad snowman kind."

Too bad three more monsters have now caught sight of the duo. Well, trio if you count the dog.
"Run?"

By the time they reached the gate, the snowman had given up and was now trying to chase someone who came across its path up a tree. Now they had to face the town and its overwhelming spookiness of doom.

"How much longer, dude? These buildings all look like so many piles of snow to me, I have no idea where we are."

"Duuuuude..." he says, wide-eyed, as he shines the flashlight around the basement.

There's a *lot* of blinkyflashy lights.

Ted miraculously resisted the urge to touch the blinky shiny things. Upstairs, the TV started blaring. "My most triumphant student dude, I think it's time to go make some popcorn and watch Oprah."

He was either still hungry, or trying to open the door and get outside.
