Chaucer's is Open Thursday 4pm
Paige unlocked the door and set her art supplies out on the desk, it was nearly Valentine's Day so she was hoping for a few customers for Geoff.
She might ask Geoff about her staying in back room tonight, she really didn't want to go back to the attic and have that conversation with Sawyer.

"So, I was wondering, what the fuck can I get this girl.." his hand goes on his chin as he stares at her, "..that made out with another guy that she barely fucking knew?" he leans on her desk in a predatory manner.

He snorted and took a nice seat on the desk, he picked up random papers and stared at them, "I bet you feel really shitty right about now. And I'll tell you what. You sleep somewhere else. Or I'll fuck up your shit." Yes, that was a threat. He was so pissed.

"It was kiss Sawyer, that's all, a fully clothed in public kiss I liked him okay? He was fun and cute and, he dusted me! And actually no I don't feel shitty actually, we never do anything, the whole reason Geoff broke up with me was so I could more freedom and I just don't have that. And as for me sleeping somewhere else, fine I didn't plan on coming back anyway, but don't threaten me James, you know you don't scare me."

Parting from the kiss he muttered, "Don't come back until you can apologize like a girl that wants to get married one day." he rolled off the desk, turned to give her the middle finger and kicked the front door of the store out, glass shattering.

She sighed as he smashed the glass and watched him leave before stepping over to it.
"may the objection of objection become but a dream as I cause the scene to be unseen," she said as the glass repaired itself.
It was a good job she didn't have classes tomorrow, it looked like she'd not have chance to change her clothes before tomorrow.

"Ma'am," the clone lieutenant stepped forward. "Someone reported a disturbance here. Is everything alright here?"

Paige looks up at the...thing and smiles, "Oh yeah everything's fine, there was a slight disagreement with someone but it's all cleared up, thank you for coming to check though."
no subject
"Slight agreements don't involve breaking glass, ma'an."
no subject
"There's no broken glass. Honestly everything's fine."

Some time around six'ish.
"Hello?"
Re: Some time around six'ish.
doing something handwavey that wasn't at the shopbeing out, Geoff looks up from where he's straightening up his worktable and smiles at Pippi."Come in, my lady. What can I do for you?" He grins, setting down the stack of papers and coming over to offer his assistance with the things she's carrying.
[ooc: If Pippi is here to see Paige, I can totally delete this and let her grab the tag tomorrow. :)]
Re: Some time around six'ish.
"Um... Greg told me that he was staying with you. I just wanted to drop something off for him. Are you Professor Chaucer?"
[[ooc: actually I was looking for an excuse to meet you. :)
Re: Some time around six'ish.
He quickly pushes the papers and books aside so there's space on the table for Pippi to set down her parcels. "He's not here right now, but you're welcome to either leave him a note or stay and wait a while and see if he shows."
[ooc: *glees* I'm going to have to head off to bed very soon, but if we can slowplay into tomorrow that would be awesome. Sorry I didn't catch the thread earlier. :(]
Re: Some time around six'ish.
"Oh thank you Geoff. I'm Pippi Longstocking. I'm a Freshman at the school. I wasn't sure if he was just staying in town or leaving for good. So I wanted to drop these off for him.

Re: Some time around six'ish.
because I'm not here when you started the thread slowplayed like whoa with House yesterday. I've got homework to do, and that's a rather novel concept for me still, so I should really do it while I still think it's fun."She plunks herself down on a chair and fiddles with the walking stick.
"So you're the English teacher? I think it's rather strange that you teach a language that everybody already speaks. Or do they call you the 'English Teacher' because you're from England?"
