Outside the Kwik Stop, Wednesday

". . . and then Chuck Norris was like bam! Crunch, right around the neck with his thighs of Chuck Norris. This is the ultimate showdown, of ultimate destiny . . ."

Silent Bob nodded, thoroughly involved in Jay's enthusiastic reenactment of a battle royale. With theme song! When Jay got to the bit involving the mob of superheroes and wizards, he got actively involved. So basically they ended up pretending to maul each other while Jay continued wailing, "This is the ultimate showdoooown . . ."

"Can I put this up in your window?" Orlin asked coming up on the two strange guys who were singing and wrestling. He had thought that curse was over...

"Well then," Orlin said, "Offering each of them a poster, " Have one, its an invitation by poster to a party I am throwing with a neighbor for all of Fandom." He grinned the usuall wattage of hotness, because he's Orlin.

Orlin looked puzzled, "Look at you like what?" He asked, honestly confused. "I was inviting you to a party with food and drink, but if you're not interested," he reached to take the posters back.

Orlin grinned, "Well then I hope to see you," He paused and rolled his eyes at Jay, "Both there then."

Orlin smiled, and continued on his merry Orlin way.

Boone passed by the loitering two on his way to the Kwik Stop for Red Bull and cigarettes. He nodded in greeting.

"Basically nothing," he replied, then realized that wasn't entirely truthful. "Just a sec." He amended, disappearing into the the Kwik Stop. He returned a minute or two later with the generic convenience store bag - white with six rows of red letters proclaiming THANK YOU. The bag contained the desired cigarettes, a cheap lighter, Red Bull, and a bag of jerky, which he gave to the duo. A peace offering of sorts. "Here."
