Dinner and a Movie--Evening
Orlin walked over to Clay's shop to pick her up for their dinner and a movie date. How exciting.
Orlin had cleaned himself up, had a shave, nice button down shirt, suave corderoy pants, hot jacket. And although he looked smooth, Orlin was definately terrified. His first real date ever, that he could remember anyways.
He walked into Agathas' shop and grinned, there she was, as cute as ever.
[[ooc: for Orlin and Agatha mostly. post at your own risk :) slowplay ]]

"You look really nice Clay," Orlin offered when he found his voice.

Though he was nto dressed up as much as herself, orlin looked rather fine in what he was wearing.
And his compliment made her blush. At this point, everythign he did or said made her blush really.
"Thank you. You look rather nice yourself."

Aha! Clay was blushing again. Orlin wished he could keep her in a constant blushing

"So, I was thinking chinese?" Orlin asked, smiling down at the much shorter Clay's head.

The polite servitor showed them to a seat, placed menues in front of them and left them to descide.

"I'm terribly happy that you agreed to go out on a date with me." Orlin said, slightly hiding behind the menu.
"Ah, I would like sweet tea please," He told the waiter as he asked then what he wanted to drink. He smiled at Clay, and looked at her quesioningly.

She looked up from the menu at Orlin. It was cute, she was lookign at him over hte top of the menu and over the top of her glasses.
"Well, I am terribly happy you asked."

He sighed, and placed down his menu. "Do you like spicy or sweeter food?" He said, noticing her deperate looks at her own menu. He grinned cheekily, "They have really good vegetarian and carnivore foods too."
no subject
"Spicy. But not too spicy." She was rather glad he was helping. She had never had chinese food before, so all the names of dishes sounded strange.

Damn, he was blushing, how embaressing.

"Why do you call me by my last name rather then my first name?"
She caught his fingers with hers, and interlaced them.
no subject
"Oh, why do I call you Clay?" He paused and thought for a moment. "The last time I was human, it's how everyone addressed each other." He shrugged, and remembered Carter.
