Phoebe was on her way to talk to someone, when she decided that she needed caffeine to get her through this. She left the counter with her drink shen she spotted CJ.

Taking a deep breath, she approached her friend and teacher. "CJ? You got a moment?"

She pushed the chair opposite from her out with her foot. "Sit. Talk."

Phoebe sat down and smiled at CJ slightly.

"Thanks. Uhm, it's about class." She played with her cup, trying to figure out how to explain what was on her mind. "The speeches for Thursday... it's going to be really hard on Cole. See, The Source of All Evil? That's who sent the demons who tried to kill me in January."

She sighed. "And he won't willingly praise Crowley, either, but for different reasons."

She nodds, a small enigmatic smile on her face. "It was a joke in poor taste. I'm sorry. I didn't even know what he was talking about...he just seemed so emphatic. He can do it on anything not worthy of praise. Chewed gum. Cleaning the catbox. Isabel is doing hers on the President. It's ok. Really. No one is locked into anything ever. As long as there's a speech on Thursday I'll be happy."

Phoebe was silent for a moment and then she smiled. "I'm glad... I mean, I'm glad you're nearby, CJ." It's obvious that Phoebe is trying not to ask her why. "I'll make sure you're one of the first to know. And if you ever need someone? I'm in the South Attic."
