J,GoB, Saturday morning
Giles had finally heard from Faith--and Buffy--late last night.
And they had been all wonderment why he had been worried.
What was the phrase the students were using? Oh, yes.
*facepalm*
The...interestingly dressed clerk--yes, that did seem to be eyeliner he was wearing--produced a better than passable pot of tea and some sticky buns. Giles nursed both in a corner as he pondered the complete insanity of mentoring, as Principal Flutie would have said, "special needs students."
[ooc: Giles is here for a good b*tch session with someone, but J,GoB is now open for all your pastry and transvestite needs.]

"Oh, no. That is, I used to teach, elsewhere. But now I run a book store." He stopped and thought a moment.
"Although, my students seem intent on dragging me out of retirement on a regular basis."
And he totally didn't notice his Freudian slip where he doesn't stick the word 'former' in front of 'students.'no subject
Obi-Wan thought of his many happy hours in the archives. "Although a book store sounds like quite the ideal way to retire between crises."
