Pizza Planet - lunch time Wednesday

Molly had eaten pizza from the Pizza Planet plenty of times, but had never actually been to the restaurant before. It was almost like it hadn't really existed until recently.

Sitting in one of the booths by the window, she took in the decor briefly before turning back to the menu. "What is your favorite kind of pizza?" she asked Cam.

"Edible," Cameron replied with a smirk.

"So, you don't care what we have on it at all then?" Molly asked.

"Nope, you order and chances are I'll eat it," Cameron said and paused. "Unless you put seafood on it. No seafood."

Molly grinned. "Awww, I was going to see if they could do a shrimp, anchovy and lobster pizza."

Cameron made a face. "Then you can get your own pizza."

Molly giggled. "How about Hawaiian pizza then?"

For a second Cameron considered that Molly had heard about the Secret Pineapple Society, but then he remembered that there was no such thing so he doubted it.

"Sure, sounds good. Do you want me to be all manly and place our orders?" he asked with a grin.

Molly rolled her eyes. "Sure, impress me with your manly ordering skills."

"Sure, baby," Cameron smirked and tried to get the attention of a waiter.

Of course, it took him a full minute before he did manage to wave one over and then he still had to check with Molly to find out what she was drinking.

Molly balled up a napkin and threw it at him.

She told Cam what she wanted to drink and glared at him until the waiter had gone away.

"I regret saying you could even use that word to tease me," she said.

Cameron picked up the napkin as it fell to the floor. "Yeah, you should have seen that one coming," he deadpanned.

"It's worse than Shorty," she told him seriously.

"So," Cameron folded his hands in front of him and looked seriously at her. "Are you saying you'd rather have me call you 'Shorty'?"

Molly 'hmph'-ed in exasperation. "I'd rather you didn't use either of them," she said.

"Just Bruiser then?" Cameron suggested.

Molly sighed. "You're going to use a nickname of some sort no matter what I say, aren't you?"

"Yep, sweetlips." So that one was really over the top.

"Eww!" Molly said and stared at him in shock. "Go back to Shorty, that one is awful!"

"Mission accomplished," Cameron grinned at her. "How are you today?"

Molly stuck out her tongue at him, but let him change the subject.

"I'm good today. I slept a lot yesterday after Archery which I haven't actually done in a while. Cheer leading practice has really cut into my nap time. How are you?"

Cameron frowned. "I think I did a dumb thing this morning, but Veronica liked my banana on a swing in the rain pictures."

"You and your bananas," Molly said quietly.

"What did you do this morning that you think was dumb?" she asked seriously.

Cameron straightened the napkin she'd just thrown at him. "Bugged Callisto early this morning. I'm worried about her."

"Yeah. She didn't seem herself last week, but I saw you talking to her so I didn't want to butt in. How is she? Did she tell you what's wrong?"

"Sort of, I think I annoyed her enough to get it out of her. I'm guessing she might be annoyed at me tomorrow," he said sheepishly.
