Fandom Radio: Wine, Wenches 'n Song [4-6pm]

Barbossa's voice came through the radio precisely at 4 o'clock...ish.

He was a busy pirate. Occasionally he got distracted by shiny objects. Or movies about pirate ninjas.

"This be Wine, Wenches , 'n Song," he began. "I be Barbossa, here t' help all ye mateys 'n strumpets wit' yer love lives if ye need it and t' play yer requests if ye have any. The phone lines be open. Bother me."

He spun in his chair and turned on "Kung Fu Fighting." No real reason.

There's a lot of mumbling going on in the background as the troopers try to decide who should speak up until a lieutenant took control.

"Could I possibly speak to the pirate who reported the news on Sunday, sir?"

The mumbling in the background grew louder so the lieutenant had to speak up some more.

"You can help us by explaining what you have against our pie," the trooper said, sounding a bit prickly about it. "I'd understand that you don't like it, but do you have to say it on the radio? Do you have any idea how long it takes us to make pie and how hard it is to find a good replacement for banthamilk?"

"You remembered me!" Willow said, since he'd called her wench last time too. "Okay, let's say a girl - or possibly a guy. Or neither. Wanted to have a very private celebration. Just them and another boy. Or girl. Or neither. Where should they go?"

"Okay. So, like, I like this boy and he likes me but he thought we should take a break for the summer and that's ok. But then there's this other boy, here in town, and I like him I think but I'm not sure because he doesn't talk a lot but he's really sweet and he's awfully nice and he's very open to letting me just talk and talk and talk and he even let's me dress him in nicer clothes and he'll do just about anything I ask but I don't know if he likes me or if it's just a summer thing and I'm confused because then there's this other guy and he's kind of old but he's a super man even if he is kind of shy but he's got this body that makes a girl...nevermind. So, I had a question. Um...OH! Yeah. How can you tell what a boy is thinking if he won't talk much?"

"Take 'em out 'n shoot 'em. Or at least at 'em. Ye don't have t' hit anything." Barbossa laughed. "That's what we be doin' t' Limpy Dick McCoy. That's why he be so limpy, now. He weren't quite fast enough, ye see. But he be much better wit' the ladies." He coughed. "Nickname t' the contrary."

I was going to make a plotterywheel post asking people for suggestions and links to animal related antics. Because it would be sucky of me to expect you to actually do the work of "finding the footage", though suggestions from you are more then welcome. :D
