Angela ordered hummus and tomato on a bagel and a peanut butter cookie, then took a seat near a window. Smiling to herself, she flipped through a college guide while she waited.

She was ignoring the whole going-to-the-past-at-the-end-of-the-year thing for the moment. "Are you ready to order?"

"Yeah give me a second," Marty said getting up. Five minutes later he came back with a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant and a cupcake with a candle burning on it.
"Just something for us to share," Marty said referring to the cupcake. "The candle just added extra whimsy."
