18 Apocalypse Avenue - Evening
Hawkeye was enjoying the evening as it cooled off. It just so happened that he'd managed to set a hammock up out front. It swayed gently in the breeze. Today had been busy with new kids and teachers coming in. The next week would be even more hectic. But for now, all he had to do was sit here and enjoy his hammock...and the straw that connected from his mouth to the bottle of pre-made goodness on his lap.
[OOC: For anyone, but especially anyone who wants a room. We still have a normal roomand a basement room unclaimed.]

"Ah." she said as she landed at the front of the lawn. "Number 18."
The wind picked up again and Mary was tossed across the lawn, touching down next to the hammock.
She had her carpet bag in one hand and her umbrella with the smartly carved parrot's head on the handle tucked under that arm. Her other hand was holding both the newspaper with the advert and her hat onto her head.
"Pardon me." she addressed the delinquent in the hammock. "Do you still have any rooms to let?"

Then she gave a nod.
"No doubt." she said.

"It'll need a good cleaning." she said putting her carpet bag down on a table and taking of her hat and coat.
Then she noticed, no hat rack.
Where is one supposed to put their hat without a hat rack.
"And I do believe I shall redecorate."
She took a hatrack out of her carpet bag and set it up with her hat and coat.

"Thank you Mr. Pierce." she calls pulling a broom out of the carpet bag.
