Wines, Wenches 'n Song (4-6pm FST)

Barbossa was in the studio listening to clips from the last few radio broadcast tryouts and making notes.

Most of the notes were things like "Be lockin' up the liquor cabinet."

So the radio broadcast was running a little late when he finally flipped the microphone on and began his address. "It be Thursday, which be makin' me the pirate 'n this Wine, Wenches 'n Song. I be playin' yer requests--assumin' I be likin' the music, o' course--'n answerin' all yer relationship-type questions. The phone lines be open. Bother me."

Barbossa flipped on Aerosmith's "Sweet Emotion," cranked the volume way, way up and waited for someone to call.

Wilson probably thought his little prank from the previous week had been forgotten.

It hadn't.

Aziraphale dialed the radio station as soon as he heard that the pirate was on the air. He had a song request to make.

Drawing a deep breath and practically crushing her phone in a very nervous grip, Sakurazaki finally sent out the call after about her fifth time dialing it.

Eep! Sakurazaki freaked out and quickly ended the call.

Then chastised herself for her stupidity for about five minutes, drew in another deep breath, and tried again.

This time she told herself it was either make the damn request, or seppuku. And since she didn't have a wakazashi...

Blair called in, disgusing his voice to throw the troopers off. "Any advice to get someone to remove their helmet?"

There was a long pause as Barbossa tried to process the question. "Their helmets?"

Must be a euphemism.

"I be sayin' that takin' off yer own, er, 'helmet' be a good way t' make the other person more comfortable. 'n a little rum t' help get rid o' the awkwardness o', er, 'helmet' removal be never a bad idea."

Sam called in, faking a Southern drawl in an attempt to disguise his voice. Yes, he was this desperate.

"She blushes a lot when I say nice things to her, she figured out a way for us to spend more time together outside of classes and, uh, she's not the kind of girl who dresses slutty, but I like that about her," he replied, stammering a bit at that last part.

Ignoring his better judgement - mainly out of shock that he had better judgement - GOB called into the pirate's show.

"Hellooo, pirate," GOB said in a poorly faked girl's voice. "I'm a long-time listener, first time caller. I was hoping you could help me with a problem my boyfriend has been having."
