Not having a class until seventh period totally rocked. Chad had slept in late with a puppy curled up on the foot of his bed, and then, after taking care of things like washing and feeding, set out to take Mizu for a walk, with the intention of wearing the pup back out so he would rest in his room while he had his class, and then Ranma could come get him afterwards. Because, of course, not being the morbid type, he fully expected to see Ranma in Science! and show off all the base research work he'd done for their project and Ranma, having blown off some steam, would be impressed and they'd be cool again.

As he strolled around the park, Chad watched the bouncing puppy at the end of the leash with intrigue. Yesterday, Mizu had seemed a little confused, but it struck Chad as interesting that the confusion was only temporary before he just went back to being his usual cute puppy self, as if he was almost used to Ranma leaving him with someone else for a day or two. It didn't surprise Chad, per say, but he found it something to ponder.

He didn't mind the light drizzle, and neither, apparantly, did Mizu. But that made sense that a dog named 'Water' would like a little bit of rain. "Hey," he mumbled idly to the dog. "Maybe I should start calling you Agua."

The thought amused Chad.
