You hear that sound?

That is the sound of the head sushi chef sharpening his knife. Not his sushi making knife.

The other knife. For a member of the vegetarian movement had dared to question his bushido.

There will be blood. Oh yes. There will be blood.

Most likely Wadsworth's, as Alfred has decided that it has become his problem.

Billy could not say just what had possesed him to go out to dinner tonight. Random craving he supposed.

"Hello, may I help you sir?"

Somewhere in the background the sounds of someone calling "BANZAAAAAAAI!"

Billy instinctively assumed a ready stance at the cry. "Uh, sorry what?" he asked, distracted.

"Would you like me to show you to a table?" Alfred asked. He seemed to not notice the cries in anyway.

"Oh, yeah sure. Thanks." he relaxed the stance, but was ready for action regardless, looking for someone that looked like they might be banzaing in his direction.

Alfred showed him to his seat. "What can I get you to drink, sir?"

"Ah, a ah, fruit smoothie?"

"Of course sir," Alfred said. He walked off to the kitchen and went through the doors.

As soon as he entered, the shouting stopped as if the Pope had suddenly entered a church mass.

There was a sound of a blender running, and then Alfred walked out of the room and the shouting started up twice as loud. "Fruit smoothie sir. Are you ready to order?"

Billy raised an eyebrow, impressed at what just happened. He'd known less than a handfull of people in his life who could command that kind of attention. Not all of them good guys.

"Do you have chicken?"

"Of course. How would you like it?"

"Grilled with cajun seasonings?"

"Done," Alfred said. He went back into the kitchen and silence fell again.

He returned after a short while with the chicken and the noise started up again. "Will there be anything else?"

"Uh, is everything all right back there?"

Alfred glanced back. "Nothing you need to concern yourself about, sir."

"Okay, then, I think I'm good. Thanks."

So that you may mod while he has a few moments between running from the sushi chef.
