Walter opened the restaurant with an air of bemused distraction. Some things were good, some things weren't. Such was life.

One of the not good things would be the vociferous disagreement between the sous chefs and the bussers. The bussers felt their work would be simplified if there was less garnishing on the plates. The sous chefs, speaking for their respective sections, told the bussers their lives would be greatly simplified if they didn't have those annoying tongues to flap.

Behind the closed kitchen doors, it looked like a scene at the end of a gang movie just before both sides run at each other for highly choreographed violence.

In the dining room, everything looked placid and Walter was available to help you with your meal.

Wadsworth had some photos that meant that the heads of both the sous chefs and the bussers wanted him dead but had to keep him alive.
