Homecoming Part II [10pm-12pm]

Some of the streamers have begun to fall down by now but overall the hall is still looking the same as it was two hours ago, only with more people

"That's right! You're on the council! Yay!" Evie threw her arms in the air in celebration. "Yay for student repre-sentatives!" She leaned over and picked up another cup. "I'll drink to that!"
