The Perk, Sunday Afternoon

Dawn bought herself a mocha, then sat down at one of the tables to wait for Buffy. Even with the tape barrier (and tape barrier violation this morning), she was going to be very sorry to see her sister leave.

Gary walked into the Perk with Alanna and looked around. "I thought there was supposed to be food here? Trying to starve me, Squire?"

"It is food." Alanna cheerfully informed him. "What's wrong with coffee and muffins?"

That? Was Alanna's fist firmly connecting with Gary's shoulder. "And by that logic I'm also not supposed to be an excellent fencer or know about two dozen ways to cause you a lot of pain." She informed him.

"Not that I didn't teach you a few of those ways myself," Gary replied, rubbing his shoulder. "Lease you don't hit like a girl," he said with a grin.
